Kids Culinary Camp

The Thompson School of Applied Science is offering two, week-long day camp sessions of Kids Culinary Camp in its commercially licensed kitchen facility on the UNH Durham campus.

Kids Culinary Camp, lead and taught by the Culinary Arts faculty is for students entering 6th - 9th grade.  Camp will run from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with campers providing their own lunch.  On Tuesday and Thursday, camp will run from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and campers will cook their own culinary creations for lunch and participate in session related field trips to local destinations.  Each session will explore basic cooking and baking techniques with different regional offerings.  The cost of the session includes a t-shirt, travel cup, daily snacks, lunch on Tuesday and Thursday and transportation to field trips.  Come experience a unique, hands-on cooking experience and explore the world of culinary arts!  A one-time discount of $25 will be offered for multiple siblings. Each session is limited to 15 campers
