This express style lunch is managed by our Dietetic Technician students (a concentration in our Culinary Arts and Nutrition Program) and is serving during thes spring semesters in Cole Hall.  Join our students as they prepare a hot entree, soup, salad, pizza and sandwiches at very reasonable prices during this casual dining experience. Lunch is served from 11:30 - 12:30 pm on Tuedays.
